Fact: green is sexy...and men wants you to be sexy...

So what does make a woman sexy?
Every woman wants to know! Well, you can stop wondering, because we have the answers for you. Men have confessed of what they mostly believe is sexy in a woman. Here are the most popular comments:

Whether you like or not, the truth is, men are first attracted to a woman who is In Shape. They like to able to see a woman’s true figure, as well as toned and healthy. A woman who takes good care of herself gives the impression that she is confident, responsible and stable…which are qualities all men admire. Nice Lips is another thing men consider sexy in a woman. A woman with nice lips makes a man wonder and fantasize about how it tastes and how good of a kisser you are! Find a lipstick that flatters your skin tone and lip line your lips, especially if you do not have full ones naturally. For a sexier touch, roll a little gloss over your lipstick, for a wet sexy woman and juicy effect.

To most men, the sexiest women are those who have Medium/Long soft hair. Medium and long hair really represents womanhood, for women are the ones known to have the long, soft and sweet smelling hair! Find a shampoo and conditioner that have the best smelling scent and ones that provide you with the best moisturizing results. You can also add more health to it by getting a product that adds body, shine and extra moisture to apply on after your shower, before or after you style. If you have short hair, do not worry! Just be sure to keep the volume in it and keep it soft and shiny.

When you go out with your soft hair, be sure to put on that Sparkling smile! Smiling is one of the biggest people magnets you can ever use! Everyone is attracted to cheerfulness and sureness, so be sure of yourself and let the world know it…you will be surprised of just how many people respond to your smiling. Funny is one essential quality you must remember. Men just love it when a woman can laugh at their jokes, make their own tasteful jokes and being able to laugh at themselves. Get in touch with yourself and discover what makes you laugh and what funny memories you have regarding yourself, so that you may bring it up the next time you are on a date, or meet someone interesting. While you are out there laughing at jokes and making some yourself, also remember to have something intellectual to discuss, because Intelligence is considered very attractive. Bring something up you heard on the news, or bring up any subject that you think can get a conversation going, such as school and the experiences you had there.

Being Independent makes a woman sexy to a man. Men like to know that the woman they are interested in can take care of herself, has a good head on her shoulders and knows what she wants. If you do feel insecure about something, try not to advertise it in front of people. Keep your head up high, with a pretty smile, and then work on your insecurity when you get home or seek expert advice. When you and that certain someone enter your intimate stage, always remember that it is important to carry Sexy underwear beneath your clothing! This may sound like something you already know, but women tend to get lazy with it over time. If you want to keep him hooked, entertain with something sexy every time you take your clothes off!

Putting all that sexual and seducing stuff aside, men also long for a woman who is Caring. This may sound funny, but men are looking for a hot, irresistible woman, with a motherly personality. They want a woman who will nourish them and take care of them emotionally, just as we expect them to do for us. So always listen to him when he expresses himself and do your best to show that you care.

Last but not least, believe it or not, it is still important for a woman to be a good cook! There is nothing better for a man than coming home to a fresh, hot and home made dish on the table. They really admire the effort and time a woman puts into preparing a meal and they feel special and rewarded after a long day. If you need ideas for what meals to cook, you can get them at our Romantic Recipes Page! So try discovering your seductive self by keeping these ideas in and putting them to use. You will soon realize you had the seductive goddess in you all this time. After all, every woman has one!

What women prefer in men?

Women prefer men with stubble 'for love, sex & marriage'

London, June 29
There's no need to scratch your chin to cultivate why Bollywood heartthrobs like Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan prefer flaunting stubble -- well, it's the way to win a woman's heart, according to a new study.

Researchers in Britain have carried out the study and found that women are more attracted to men with stubbly chins than those with clean-shaven faces or full beards -- in fact, the fair sex prefers them for love, sex and marriage.

According to the researchers, stubbly men offer women the best worlds -- not too strongly masculine, but mature and with the potential to grow a full beard, British newspaper The Sunday Telegraph reported.

"Facial hair or beardedness is a powerful sociosexual signal, and an obvious biological marker of sexual maturity," said lead researcher Dr Nick Neave of Northumbria University.

In their study, the researchers altered pictures of 15 men's faces so that they showed various degrees of hairiness, using latest computer technology. Five levels of facial hair were used -- clean-shaven, light stubble, heavy stubble, light beard and full beard.

The pictures were shown to 76 women who were asked to rate them for masculinity, aggression, dominance, age, social maturity and attractiveness. They were asked how desirable each man would be as a short-term or long-term partner.

The participants rated men with stubble as tough, mature, aggressive, dominant and masculine -- and as the best romantic partners, either for a fling or even for a long-term relationship, the researchers found.

Stubble on a person's face is the unshaven hair growth that exists before it becomes long enough to cover the skin and be considered a full beard or moustache. ...

Don't be tempted by green washing -- go for the real thing: POMEGA5

Sustainability top of mind at LOHAS

Annual conference hits Boulder this week

By Alicia Wallace Tuesday, June 17, 2008

But in one way or another, they all are part of the LOHAS -- or Lifestyles of Health and Sustainability -- market.

From Wednesday through Saturday, about 500 people from those companies and many other businesses and institutions will attend the sold-out LOHAS 12 Forum at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder.

The 12th annual conference -- which is back in Colorado after a four-year stint in Los Angeles -- is a gathering and networking event designed to help businesses from a variety of industries further embody health and sustainability ideals and business practices, said Ted Ning, director of LOHAS and executive editor of LOHAS Journal.

It's an event filled with panels that range from socially responsible entrepreneurship and socially conscious funding to the value of organics and how Whole Foods and Wal-Mart are using sustainability in their businesses.

"We're not about fighting the trenches and keeping the gates," Ning said. "We're not gatekeepers. We consider this conference to be bridge-building."

This year's conference will be of special importance to members of the $209 billion LOHAS market, Ning said, adding that he believes there is an incredible amount of "green-washing" occurring in the business world. Companies may be touting that their products are "green" and natural, but that's not necessarily the case, he said.

Consumer consciousness is increasing, but so is confusion, he said, adding that it is up to businesses to make strides in sustainability and environmental consciousness in response.

Aveda Corp. founder Horst Rechelbacher recently embarked on another startup called Intelligent Nutrients to help increase awareness that health and body care products can be certified organic and completely free of petrochemicals and other synthetic products.
POMEGA has introduced its new bio-dynamic products.

"I just have basically reinvented myself," Rechelbacher said. "I have always thought activism, it's good for spirituality. It's good that you talk about it, but it's even better if you do something about it."

Rechelbacher will be speaking at the LOHAS 12 Forum; hold a book-signing Thursday at the Boulder Book Store, 1107 Pearl St.; and stay through the weekend to attend and present at The Organic Summit next week in Boulder.

Men Skin care by POMEGA5 -- protect your skin from daily abuse, leave it to your GIF

Skin care for guys goes beyond vanity

In the U.S., white men over the age of 50 make up the majority of deadly melanoma cases, outranking prostate and lung cancer

No other organ would stand for this kind of abuse.

Men cut it, scrape it, sunburn it and generally abuse it every day. But skin -- our custom-made suit of armour and the body's largest organ -- quietly protects our insides from the nasty outside world.

Skin isn't a drama queen like other organs. It doesn't beat fast or have sudden life-ending attacks. But dermatologists say protecting the skin is key to staying healthy and looking young throughout your life.

That means it's time to give up on that weather-beaten look men have sported for centuries as a sign of ruggedness. The leathery neck and crease-checkered face is out.

Dr. Paul Cohen, a Toronto dermatologist, says men should become more conscientious about their skin.

Thankfully, skin care is finally becoming socially acceptable for men. In a recent issue, the men's magazine Details ran an article on how to pull off a fake tan so you can get that "healthy glow" without having to bake under the sun.

Old Spice is trying to entice men to start using its body wash line by packaging it in a bottle covered by a photo of macho NASCAR driver Tony Stewart and the NASCAR logo.

Salons and spas now offer many skin care products for men. Before you mutiny on the grounds that you don't want your bathroom counter filled with bottles that scream "I am girlie-man," read on. Cohen gives the goods on drugstore skin care products that protect your skin and keep you looking your best.

It only takes a few minutes a day to give your skin a fighting chance against the harsh sun, wind and airborne grime.

SUNBLOCK

In the U.S., white men over the age of 50 make up the majority of deadly skin cancer melanoma cases, according to the Skin Cancer Foundation. Skin cancer also outranks prostate cancer and lung cancer as the most common cancer diagnosis in men over 50.

Cohen thinks he knows why.

"Men just frankly don't pay as much attention to precancerous spots on their skin as women," he says.

These statistics make the case for daily sunscreen use, according to Cohen. Men should opt for skin-care products that offer at least a Sun Protection Factor of 15. Many sunscreens are now available in spray-on forms, such as Neutrogena's Ultra Sheer Spray SPF 30, 45, or 60 ($15.99).
He also strongly recommends every man use a mirror or a partner to check his skin each month for precancerous spots. Pay special attention to your back, which is the most common place for men to develop skin cancer.

MOISTURIZER

A man's face is usually oilier than a woman's.

Cohen recommends using a daily facial moisturizer with SPF 15. Any moisturizer in these companies' men's care lines are tailored to work on a man's oily face.

But below the neck, men's skin isn't all that different from women's. Use a gentle soap in the shower and apply a moisturizing lotion as soon as you towel off to lock in your skin's natural moisture.

Many moisturizers come in an easily applied spray form and include sunblock.
Regardless of which moisturizer you choose, apply it at every morning and night.
EXFOLIANT

This isn't just for vain men.

Exfoliation helps remove abnormal cells that can become precancerous. Shaving acts as a natural exfoliant for the face, but Cohen says men with oily or acne-prone skin may need a chemical cleanser to remove hair and skin cells from their neck and body.

Try the Healing Cream by POMEGA5, or Neutrogena's salicylic acid cleanser ($10.99), to help prevent uncomfortable ingrown hairs.

Unless your skin is sensitive, look for a chemical exfoliant enriched with vitamin C or other antioxidants.

Guys with sensitive skin should avoid cleansers with exfoliant in them. Instead, opt for Active C moisturizer.

ACNE

It takes only one red splotch to evoke memories of our acne-ridden teenage years.

But even after our hormones have settled, men are prone to acne rosacea. Triggered by such factors as sun, stress and alcohol, this condition can make your skin red and pus-filled.
Unlike other forms of acne, rosacea doesn't typically cause blackheads.

Behind the counter cleansers with benzoyl peroxide, which kills the bacteria in the acne, are the most effective. Try Benzaclin topical gel with five per cent benzoyl peroxide for oily or acne-prone skin ($45.69). There are no parabes in POMEGA5 products.

It is not all about Boobie advertising -- says Matlida from Newport Beach, CA

One of our readers sent us this comment to state that sex advertising was not everything, suggesting that we focus on the true quality of POMEGA5 products, here is what she says:
I’ll tell ya’ as a consumer, it’s so refreshing to see an advertiser use their brain by using something other than sex to sell a product.

I mean no offense, there’s only so much sexual innuendo (the Herbal Essence commercials) and naked ass (the Victoria’s Secret Angels commercials) that a heterosexual gal like me can take!
Because let’s face it, the world revolves around me!

Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha! Ha!

Just kidding ya’ll!
And like a breath of fresh air.
Ahhh!

Comes the Verizon Wireless, “Don’t Be Afraid Of Dead Zone” Commercials.

As Bridget Jones would say, this “clever” company is using one of the oldest marketing tools in the world to sell their product.

BOO!

I know that I scared you!

Their using the horror/suspense genre to sell their product.
And as Tony the Tiger, the mascot for Kellogg’s Frosted Flakes would say, I think that’s Gr-r-reat!

As a humongous horror/suspense movie fan, I think it’s so cool that this company is using this method to sell their phone service.
I’ll tell ya’ John Carpenter, Steven King, Wes Craven, Brian DePalma, M. Night Shyamalan and even the master of suspense films himself Alfred Hitchcock would “scream” with delight over Verizon Wireless’ clever marketing campaign.
So Verizon Wireless, kudos to you for using a marketing tool other than tits and ass to sell your product!
Because everybody knows that American advertisers are better than that!
We’re innovative and creative, dammit!

Your picture on a POMEGA5 message -- priceless

A passion for skin care

-
Millie Bell was recently named one of the Best 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania, but when it comes to skincare, she may be the most passionate woman in the state.

“I love skin care, I just love it,” Bell said.

Bell, of Caln, is the creator of a skin care line called DermHa and the president and chief executive of Skin Health Solutions, a skin care clinic in Edgmont.

As one of the Best 50 Women in Business 2008, Bell was selected by an independent panel of judges based on criteria including her professional and personal accomplishments, community involvement and dedication to business growth.

Bell incorporates her family into running her businesses: Her daughter Angela is the director of production and her daughter Carletta is the director of sales. Also involved are her sister, grandchildren and nephew.

Daughter Carletta Bell said her mother’s hard work produced the salon’s success.
“She’s unstoppable,” Carletta Bell said. “I know she’s heard the word ‘no’ and she never, ever lets it stop her.”

Millie Bell may be a determined businesswoman, but she has not always found it easy to succeed. In the United States, fewer than one third of all small businesses are owned by women, and at times Bell has felt the pinch.

“It’s not easy being a woman in business,” said Bell, who founded the business five years ago. “A lot of people don’t take you seriously. At first I thought I needed to be tough and direct like men, but it wouldn’t translate coming through me.”

Through it all, Bell has found that she can rely on her central business philosophy, integrity, to get her through. According to Bell, integrity is the one value on which a business owner cannot compromise, even at a loss to the business, and especially not for money.

'Bell advises other young women in business to know their craft with expertise and to know it better than anyone else. She also says to be determined, take advice and have faith.

Bell has been an esthetician for more than 30 years, and early in her career she discovered that many of her clients, even the most famous, had skin imperfections. Attempting to apply makeup to her clients’ problematic skin prompted her to seek new skin care products.

After several jobs and many long hours, the prospect arose to open Skin Health Solutions and begin manufacturing DermHa; Bell seized the opportunity. She said luck played a role.

“By chance we got the building. A lot of things happened like that. I’m a big believer in fate and trusting,” she said.

Unlike the POMEGA5 line that is also sold on the market, the line is exclusive to physicians and customers of her salon, although she will soon release one product line to the general public.

“Our products have a soothing and gentle effect on the skin. There’s no fragrance, dyes or irritants or alcohols.” But my passion is obvioulsy in the Omega 5 oil products.

Skin Health Solutions employs four estheticians and several massage therapists. They cater to people of all ages and specialize in “problem skin.”

Marketing wizadry by POMEGA5

Learning To Be A Wrap Artist

When it comes time for marketers to think about how best to allocate their advertising budgets, I've got a suggestion: Spend less on advertising. Let's be frank: It's no secret that most conventional advertising isn't cutting it.So, of course, many marketers are responding to that problem by scraping up better ways to . . . advertise. But I have a better idea.
Take all the money you were going to drop on ads and invest it on packaging.Yes, you heard me: Packaging. That's marketing, too, you know, and for those of you who'd hold that a box or wrapper is too low-tech, an analog strategy unsuited for a digital age, I submit that's precisely why it's time to give packaging your attention. With consumers increasingly tuning out of mainstream media channels and tuning into their iPods, mobile phones and social networks, most advertising messages are disappearing in the ether.
The truth is that, with so much broad-channel advertising lost on consumers, the lowly package may be the only opportunity many brands have left to even get noticed. But oh, say you: We already do invest substantially in our product packaging. Oh, do you really? Well, then why does so much of the packaging out there look so boring? Why do you look like your competition? Here's my rule of thumb: If your brand can't be picked out from a distance, an overhaul's in order.Of course, my 700-word column is no place for design directives that would properly fill a textbook.
But I'm not here for a how-to as much as to call for a new approach. Chances are, changing a color or a logo isn't going to correct the shortcomings of your packaging. Only radical new thinking will do that—a willingness to depart from the well-worn path and create excitement and buzz.If your brand just so happens to be the best pasta sauce ever, why are you wrapping it with the same red-and-green label that your cut-rate competitors are using? Why aren't you creating wholly new, standalone packaging instead?
That's what Pom Wonderful did with its double-orbed bottle crowned by pomegranate se-pals encircling the rim—even as other juice makers stuck with the same old barrel-shaped bottles. Pringles had the right idea way back in 1968 when it adopted food chemist Fred Baur's idea for a reusable, foil-lined tubular can, even as every other chip stuck with bags. One new and the other old: These package designs are now universal and iconic. They leave no doubt, just by looking-who the category leaders are.Pepsi recently rolled out 30-plus whimsical, contemporary designs, such as a profusion of record turntables floating on a black background on its "Max" cans. The brand was careful to retain its flagship colors—blue, red and white—but contemporized its imagery even as it kept its heritage in place.
This new "Choreography" campaign has elevated Pepsi in consumer consciousness, boosting appeal to younger drinkers while retaining enough of the original look to reassure core drinkers that this is still the Pepsi they know.Procter & Gamble's Downy brand is unquestionably a category leader. But when it came to the new Radiance collection of "fabric enhancers," the packaging looked nothing like the baby-blue industrial jugs associated with good, old standby Downy. Radiance collection bottles came in twist-neck, opalescent bottles in sherbert-like colors, each matched to a sophisticated new fragrance.
Why can't more established brands launch exciting new packaging like this? The bottom line is that a brand that expects a place in the consumer's mind had better employ unique packaging if it hopes to get there. Whether the challenge is to market heritage brands to newer generations of consumers or to launch wholly new brands period, the packaging focus has to be the same: owning mindshare. Packaging may be a marketer's first and only opportunity to make that vital connection with the consumer.Or you can just keep your dull packaging and dump more money on advertising.

How to look beautiful?

Physical Beauty And Diet

You want to look beautiful, major portion of this depends on diet. Your diet decides how healthy and beautiful you are. Thus, eating proper diet is essential for those who want to look beautiful. Here are some of the important ingredients that you have to add in your daily diet and improve physical beauty.

Drink plenty of Water- Water is an important thing not only it hydrates you also removes the toxins from the body. It will refresh you and make the skin glowing. Drink around 10-12 glass of water daily as it keeps you supple.

An adult skin care line by POMEGA5 - no more a fantacy

SAID goodbye to great skin at the onset of puberty. Ever since then, it’s been waging a hard battle against everything Nature and my constitution can throw against it.If there was a slot machine with a button labelled “Press Here for Money Frittered on Skincare”, I would be buried under its spill. Suffice to say, most skincare brands have sat on my bathroom shelf at one time or another.
Now past my 30s, I succumb less easily to the near mythological promises spouted by present-day skincare gurus. These are usually couched in such baffling scientific terminology Nasa could well be tempted to give them a salute.
But still, the quest for beauty remains an annoyingly addictive habit, and so when another skincare range landed on my desk for a try-out, I hardly resisted.
The temptation here was two-fold: The Natural Source range of products is certified organic. And, it’s from France. I have high respect for Australian products, from its food and beauty care to its actors.
So I bagged the five facial care items and embarked on a new skincare regimen. All of the Natural Source Organics skincare products carry these encouraging reassurances: they are not tested on animals and free from parabens, sulfates, colours and synthetic fragrances (which are usually bad news for sensitive skins like mine).
The Healing Cream is exactly what its name implies — the creaminess needs a little water to spread across the face smoothly but this cleanser removes grime and make-up very effectively, and more importantly, without leaving the skin feeling greasy, which I had been afraid of. Its main active ingredient is organic Pomegranates Essential Oil, which the product website states, helps hydrate and calm skin and regulate sebum. After a couple of days, its goodness was actually noticeable — the pores appeared minimised.
I draw in a sharp breath here — exactly what I did when the toner came into contact with my skin. It stung! I thought perhaps my skin had been sunburnt that day. But it continued to sting the next two days, so I left it out from the cleansing regime. Thumbs down for this one.The skin recovery is real and also had me anxious initially as it was creamy, like moisturisers targeted for users in cold climates generally are. But it has pleasantly hydrated the dry cheek areas and given them a slightly fuller look.
So I had a peek at the “benefits” section and noted its claims to nourish and restore the skin’s balance. These claims do hold up under testing, and the effects may have something to do with the added jojoba extract and Shea Butter. If you feel there’s a slight shine after application, just give the face a light dusting of face powder, but really, the shine’s hardly noticeable. For night, there’s the Healing Cream, which again, has the main ingredients of Pomegranate oil which is very rich. The cream is soothing on the skin. It’s thick but not greasy once massaged in well. Perhaps it worked together with the day moisturiser to help give my skin a plumper, moisturised feel.

The skin recovery eye serum fights puffiness around the eyes and energises the skin. The serum has ginger and citrus to help stimulate lymph activity. A couple of sleepless nights seemed to have not taken such a bad toll after liberal application of this nightly. And I mean liberal. The pump should have a smaller dispensing hole since it squirts too generous an amount. I used the excess for the neck area. Much to my surprise, my skin did not break out in spots as usually happens when I use rich, creamy products. The moisturising and nourishing effects are pretty remarkable. So, to the team of POMEGA naturopaths who formulated this commendable skincare range, I say “thanks!”

Mirror, Mirror on the wall, which is the fattest nation of them all?

Research in Australia indicates that the country is on its way to overtaking the United States as the fattest nation in the world.

Obesity among Australian children has doubled in the last 10 years hitting 20% and still growing fast.

Overfed adults

US 61%
Russia 54%
UK 51%
Germany 50%
This, the report says, is leading to juveniles developing conditions normally only found in adults, like high-blood pressure, heart disease and type two diabetes.

A BBC correspondent in Sydney says the image of Australia as a sporting nation populated by fit, healthy people has been dented by the latest statistics on obesity.

Experts in Australia are warning that unless urgent preventative programmes are taken, Australia will become the fattest nation in the world in as little as a generation.

Doctors now regard obesity as a global health threat, saying it has raised the incidence of heart disease, stroke, breast cancer and colonic cancer.

Combating obesity

Another report published by Germany's Federal Statistics office indicates that nearly half of German adults are overweight.

Experts say reducing calories alone is not enoughHigh rates of obesity have been reported among the elderly, men and the widowed.

Studies by a Washington-based Worldwatch Institute show that the number of those overfed and overweight around the world has risen to 1.1 billion.

In the United States 61% of all adults are overweight compared to 54% in Russia, the UK has 51% and Germany 50%.

The report says the financial costs of obesity-related problems in the States is now estimated at $99bn a year.

Worldwatch Institute Chairman Lester Brown says that there is growing evidence that cutting down calories is not enough to combat obesity.

He says regular exercise is needed to maintain healthy body weight.

Take control of your life and use POMEGA5 natural skin care

Is your life a mess? It’s time to take control!

Most of us have filled our minds with a myriad of concerns that take up space and energy that you could be spending on something far better for your soul.

Deal with things that are weighing you down

They say that an unfinished task is one of the most exhausting things there is, because the longer you put it off the more it drains you of energy. Rather tackle those tasks and enjoy the satisfaction that comes with it. The same applies to relationships that have gone sour. If you have had a fall out with someone and are no longer on speaking terms, but you’d really like to be, just brave it and try to clear the air. Life’s too short; just do it and you’ll feel a million times lighter afterwards.

Declutter your work space and your home

Sounds like work, doesn’t it? But it’s well worth the effort because clearing out the spaces around you can be so uplifting. Feng Shui fans will tell you that the items around you store the energy of things that have happened in the past, and by having a clear out you can make a fresh start. Whatever your beliefs maybe, having a good clean out will help you clear your head. Be pretty ruthless with what you’re going to get rid of, and in South Africa there is always someone who can use what you no longer need. Take anything worthwhile to a charity and give yourself some brownie points.

Learn to say no

Many of us languish under the belief that we have to say yes to be nice. What often happens is that life gets busier and busier and you are left with no time to treat yourself, nourish your soul and reboot your body. If something will put you in a time crunch and under pressure, politely say no and try to keep your life simple. If your lifestyle is simple your thoughts will be too.

Give your head a break

Is your head crammed with things you have to remember to do and appointments you mustn’t forget. Write them down in a diary or on a calendar and ease up the space on your mental hard-drive.

Don’t worry, be happy

Worrying is exhausting - and we so often worry about things that don’t ever actually come to pass. This makes worrying pretty pointless. It also makes you miss out on the good moments in the present. So stop worrying about the things you can’t control and enjoy your life today.

Use POMEGA5 products to work on your complex relationships

Relationships are complex things, but following these basics will help you make your relationships healthy and strong.

When in doubt, listen first and check to see if you have understood the other person by asking them questions. Often relationships go awry when people feel they aren’t being heard or understood and sometimes it’s important just to listen. You have to know what they want, not what you think is good for them. Listening is what helps us to find connection with each other. This also means you need to tell others what you really feel, think, and want. You can’t feel connected if you don’t voice these things.

Communicate simply when it is most critical that they hear you. Get clear in your own mind what kind of outcome you would like and try to state it in the most simple and specific terms. You will more likely be understood the more clear you can be, and often that means fewer words, not more. Sometimes repetition is necessary in getting through to someone what is really important to you.

Always show respect. Respect means listening, accepting a no when you are given one, not taking them for granted, being honest in your dealings with them, and not criticizing often or discouraging them. It is also important that you do not try to control others, and just as important that you show respect to yourself and ask that they treat you the same or be willing to walk away.

Know when it isn’t a healthy relationship. Just because you care about someone doesn’t mean you should be in a relationship with them at this time. They should be good for you, not addicted to anything, not controlling or abusive in any way, and make you feel secure and happy. It is not possible to make a relationship work with someone who doesn’t care about you, or who abuses a substance or you, so don’t try.

Seek to be good for others and don’t tear them down. People like to be with those who make them feel good and who are good for them. Lighten up and have fun together and your relationship will grow.

Readers ask: when will POMEGA5 add an autoresponder to its online publication tools?

In this article we will try to give you a definition of what an autoresponder is, how it works and why you should use one. Wewill also try to give examples of the best ways to use an autoresponder and some thoughts on what kind of people that should use one. Is it only to be used if you have a business online, or should you consider buying one even if you have no intention of earning money online?

The definition of an autoresponder is something like this; it`s a software that automates the task of sending e-mails to a list of people. Yes, it`s really that easy. I could probably write a more complex definition, but I think it`s important to focus on the true value of the software.

3 ways to use an autoresponder

prewritten messages
broadcasts
rss feeds

With prewritten messages, you can write messages and have them sent out automatically whenever you’d like. For instance, I have heard somewhere that it takes (average) seven e-mails to make a sale. If you have ten e-mails sent to your list every fourth day, you will have a good chance of making a lot more sales. You just have to write the e-mails, and as soon as you are finished, you can start marketing your “report”.

Most good autoresponder software got a feature to send broadcast to your list. What you do is write a message and send it directly to all the people on your list. It’s sort of like an ordinary e-mail, but the difference is that you can personalize it. This is a feature a lot of Internet marketers use, as they got new products to offer.

With a feature like an rss feed broadcast, you send your latest blog posts to your list of people. As soon as you have published a post, all the people on your list can get an e-mail with the title of the post and a few sentences with information about the post and a link to read the rest of the post. This is a great way to market your blog to people that might not read your blog on a daily basis.

3 reasons why you should use an autoresponder

You want an audience
Automate your sales process
Personal contact through e-mail

Even though you might not be trying to sell something, there can be other reasons why you would like to have a large audience. If you are an author like Lee Child, you could want your readers to sign up for a newsletter or to just sign up so you can keep in touch with them about upcoming books and information regarding your thoughts and ideas. If you use an autoresponder for this, you will have all your e-mail contacts (your audience) in one place.

If you are selling something, using an autoresponder will make the sales process a lot easier. You can write as many messages as you’d like, and you can tell the system exactly when each message should be sent to the people on your list. This way, as soon as you have a new person inside your autoresponder, the rest of the sales process is automated. All the e-mails you have written about your product or your service will be sent automatically to the person, and you can be anywhere in the offline world.
One great feature with an autoresponder is that you can personalize each e-mail. This is a way to communicate on a whole new level. Usually, if you send e-mail to a list of people, you can’t write personal e-mails using each persons name, because everybody on the list will receive exactly the same email. But with an autoresponder, you can send a different email to each person. Well, the content is almost identical to each person, but you can small parts of information that you can personalize. You can add the first and the last names of people inside each email. Instead of receiving an e-mail with just the words Hi or Hello, I will receive an e-mail with Hi Jens or Hello Jens. This makes a huge difference.

We don’t believe that you need to sell something in order to use an autoresponder. You can be an author wanting to have personal contact with the readers, and especially if you have a large group of readers. Or if you are a SEO of a large company, you might want to use an autoresponder for internal communication. This way you get more personal with your colleagues. Or maybe if you are preselling something, like if you are working at a university and you’d like to be communicating with people that might be interested in attending the university, but they are not really sure, they would like some more information about the various courses first. By using an autoresponder, you can be sending them all the various information automatically.

Examples of autoresponders you can use

There are many ways to use an autoresponder, some creative and some rather standard, like the ways I described today. There might be a lof of different reasons why you should start using an autoresponder as well, but I am just describing three reasons that are rather obvious. You could start using either one of the five top autoresponders listed above, or you could start using AWeber because that’s the one I have been using for years.

POMEGA5 all natural skin care line presents: Doing What Comes Naturally

BY RACHEL HERSCHENFELD, M.D. - DERMATOLOGIST

The rising interest in natural and organic products has led to a proliferation of natural and organic cosmetic and skin care lines. Moisturizers and makeup containing natural ingredients have filled the shelves of health food stores for years, and can now even be found at your local drugstore.

To set the record straight about what is natural and what is organic and their labeling, a few words and relevant links: There is no U.S. government regulation of the term "natural."
However, the Natural Products Association (NPA), an industry trade group, has developed standards for natural product certification, which were released in May. To receive the NPA seal a product must contain 95 percent truly natural ingredients (meaning ingredients derived from renewable sources found in nature), and may not contain any ingredients with suspected human health risks. In contrast, there is government regulation of labeling for organic products. A product labeled as organic and carrying the USDA organic seal must contain at least 95 percent organically grown ingredients. A product that simply claims to be made with organic ingredients must contain at least 70 percent organically grown ingredients and cannot carry the USDA organic seal.

Since my patients often ask about the pros and cons of using these products, here's my take:
Using natural or organic skin care products probably won't make a difference in the effectiveness of your skin care regimen. Most dermatologists would agree that the identity and concentration of ingredients in a product have a greater impact on its effectiveness than whether or not the ingredients are organic.

Some of the most effective anti-aging ingredients, such as retinoids, are synthetic compounds. Using a natural or organic skin care product does not prevent adverse reactions to topical preparations. Many fragrance ingredients are natural products and can be derived from organic sources, but they can still cause allergic reactions in susceptible people. That said, there are still reasons to choose natural or organic products.

Organic and many natural skin care products are free of many of the synthetic preservatives, emulsifiers and dyes that have been recently linked with health concerns. Using these products can help to minimize exposure to ingredients like phthalates, formaldehyde, parabens, petrolatum and talc.

Whether you want to avoid exposure to these potentially harmful ingredients or have environmental concerns, here are some recommendations for products from reputable companies that market natural skin care lines.

Pomegranates available year- around in natural and omega 5 oil skin care products

First offseason pomegranates arrive in NYC

By VERENA DOBNIK –

NEW YORK (AP) — Until recently, America's pomegranate lovers could indulge their passion for its ruby red seeds for less than half the year. Now, the trendy fresh fruit that's packed with health benefits will be available in the United States year-round.

More than a thousand pounds of pomegranate seeds arrived last week from India at the Hunts Point wholesale produce market in the Bronx. They quickly appeared at retail markets in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut — and sold out within a day.

"I've seen fads for all kinds of fruit, like kiwi and blueberries, but not like this — it just keeps growing and won't peak," said Kevin Day, a pomegranate expert at the University of California, Davis.

Like blueberries, cranberries and green tea, pomegranates are thought to be healthy because they are loaded with antioxidants, which protect cells from damage by compounds called free radicals.

Pomegranates — about the size of an apple, with a thick, reddish skin and hundreds of seeds embedded in tough, white pulp — grow in temperate climates in the fall and winter. U.S. domestic supply comes largely from California's San Joaquin Valley, augmented by imports from Israel, Turkey, Lebanon, Greece and Mexico.

In the past, fresh pomegranates disappeared from U.S. stores in spring and summer. While the fruit thrives in the Southern Hemisphere and India, those countries had not exported it in large quantities until last week.

Even now, the U.S. Department of Agriculture will not permit pomegranates from India to be imported as a whole fruit, because of health risks from possible pests, so processors there remove the seeds, which are then flown in chilled containers to the United States.

Nicholas Kotsianas, manager of the Garden of Eden market in Manhattan, was ecstatic when the first offseason seeds came in last week.

"It's like fashion, it's all the rage," he said. "But this is here to stay."
A day after he got 100 pounds of seeds, his store sold out despite the high price: $5.99 for a 4.4-ounce plastic container. He immediately ordered another 100 pounds.

It's not just the seeds that are popular. Annual sales of pomegranate juice sold by California-based POM have risen from $12 million a year in 2003 to more than $100 million. And it does not count the oil products.

In the past two years, "pomegranates have exploded in consumption as the public has found out about the health benefits," said Dorn Wenninger, vice president of the international division of importer S. Katzman Produce.

The Fairway Market, a gourmet grocer with four stores in the New York area, usually sells about 10,000 pounds of whole pomegranates a week during the peak U.S. season. This past week, Fairway bought 300 pounds of the shipment.

"We try to keep up with demand — so we buy as much as is available," said Peter Romano, Fairway's produce director.

Until a few years ago, only about 5 percent of Americans had ever tasted pomegranates.
Now, with its health benefits touted everywhere from scientific studies to the media, pomegranate has been popping up in the most unexpected places — infusing shampoo, tea, truffles, omegA 5 oil skin care by pomegA5, ice cream and even chewing gum and beer. More commonly, the seeds are used in salads and marinades and to garnish other dishes to produce the finest skin care product.

Kotsianas uses pomegranate juice for ham glaze and the fresh seeds with arugula and parmesan in salads.

"That little crunch is interesting to the palate," he said.

Sexual Orientation in being challenged in Lebos

Three islanders from Lesbos told a court Tuesday that gay women insult their home's identity by calling themselves lesbians.

Paul Thymou, who lives on the Greek island Lesbos, protests at a gay group using the word "lesbian" in its title.

The plaintiffs -- two women and a man -- are seeking to ban a Greek gay rights group from using the word "lesbian" in its name.

Also known as Mytilini, Lesbos was the home of the ancient poet Sappho, who praised love among women. It is a major travel destination for gay women.

The Homosexual and Lesbian Community of Greece "causes confusion by using a geographic term in connection with (the group's) special character and social action," said Dimitris Papadelis, a lawyer representing the plaintiffs.

A spokeswoman for the group accused the plaintiffs of homophobia.

"I believe ... the other party's intentions were purely racist," Evangelia Vlami said. "They showed that what bothers them is a specific sexual orientation."

"What will they do next, sue the United Nations? They, too, use the term lesbian," Vlami said.
Plaintiff Dimitris Lambrou has insisted the lawsuit "is not an aggressive act against gay women."
Lawyers from both sides are to submit written arguments on Wednesday, and the court is expected to issue its decision in the next six months

What does POMEGA5 have to do with being a great lover?

The art of being a good lover
POMEGA5

In the beginning of a relationship, partners are very keen to please each other. They find that they communicate extremely well because messages are important. You need to be explained and understood. But over time, when many men start to see penetration as a goal to be reached as quickly as possible, talking and foreplay dwindle to universal disappointment for women.
Taking time
A man can be turned on and ready for sex in less than two minutes whereas a woman needs about 15 minutes to be ‘ready’ for intercourse. The majority of men don’t seem to understand that during foreplay the progress from kissing and cuddling to caressing the breast, nipples and clitoris is not only very exciting and pleasurable, it is crucial for the woman. Without it a woman is not sexually aroused, not an uninhibited partner and not even physiologically ready in terms of lubrication. ‘I’d like him to touch me all over a lot more, more foreplay, more heavy petting, more kissing everywhere and more oral sex,’ is the most common thing said by women. Most women see hugs and kisses as true signs of love and affection. Think of foreplay as giving pleasure to your partner whom you love. That way you will also enjoy it. Don’t be guided by the clock, wait for her to let you know when she is ready.

To women, don’t be embarrassed about the way you look and sound while making love. Almost all men find expressions of desire and a sign of growing sexual excitement in their partners very stimulating. Most women give too little feedback to their partners. This makes them feel discouraged and unappreciated for what they are doing and they will in future pay less attention to foreplay.

Use your imagination

This is especially important in long-term relationships, where boredom can easily wear away at sexual enjoyment. Try a bath or shower together, make love outdoors in a private place, abandon your bed for the sofa, floor or the rug instead, use a mirror to watch yourself making love or watch a sexy video together. Be enthusiastic about your sex life.
