Sex comes as a pleasant reward in a relationaship, but how do you handle your sex life?

We use pomega5 products to improve our sex lives

A good amount of pleasurable sexual act is undeniably one of the most important components which help to build and maintain a successful and rewarding relationship. In most cases, good sex speaks louder than words when it comes down to love and intimacy between both partners.

Both partners are equally responsible for giving the others a total sexual pleasure. It is very easy sometimes for a woman to think it is her man’s responsibility to give her sexual pleasure and to make her come. From time to time, certain women would also have the idea that they should not be too wild in bed, as this might give their partner a sense of insecurity! This is a total myth and one which should be addressed immediately if she ever hopes to have a totally satisfying relationship!

Women sure can be charming by the way they present themselves and also by the way they dress up. But, men like women who are also great in bed. Men like women who take the initiative and are confident in their sexual act. Men like women who give them complete pleasure and satisfaction at the end of the sexual act and they themselves should feel satisfied with their partners.

It is often said that only when women have 7 times the pleasure as men that women can reach an orgasm. This is totally wrong! The truth is, a woman can have no orgasm but that does not mean she is not satisfied with the sexual experience. At the same time, a woman may have multiple orgasms. The ultimate aim for a woman would be to satisfy her partner and herself.

A woman should devise new ways to excite her man in the beginning and get him involved completely in the sexual act. She can also gift herself or her man sex videos. This is certainly going to turn both of them on. Sex videos are a great resource to learn the finer and more beautiful nuances of sex. Videos also help you learn different better sex positions so that sex does not become a monotonous act.

A better sex tips for women would be to get stimulated in the beginning. Performing sex just for the sake of doing it won’t bring in any enthusiasm and pleasure. The most important part is to be you throughout the whole sexual act.

Women should be as flexible as possible in the whole sexual experience. Try out different things to excite your partner. Like, tying a handkerchief around his eyes and then slowly running your fingers on his body or, you can write erotic stories and then narrate them to your partner in order to stimulate him and respond to your demands.

Communication, both verbal and sexual is another important aspect which helps to improve your love life. Tell your partner how comfortable you feel in his arms and thank him for the great sexual experience. Tell him that you would like to take the fantastic journey as much as you can. This is sure going to build a stronger sexual bond between you and your partner.

You can also create an environment to excite your partner like lighting candles in the room, keeping the room dark, playing soft love songs which you both enjoy and so on.

At the end of the day, it is a matter of communication, both verbal and sexual, that is going to make your relationship works. Be selfless and live for the moment for each other.

Why do we wear lingerie?

We love Omega 5 oil products
It is no secret that women like lingerie. While men often like to see women wearing lingerie, women enjoy even more wearing lingerie. Good lingerie can make a woman feel sexy, no matter what she is wearing on the outside. Inside, she knows that she is wearing sexy lingerie and it gives her confidence. The feeling of sexy confidence is just one reason why women like lingerie.

Over the centuries, women have used lingerie in many different ways. Corsets were in fashion up until about 60 years ago and women would bind themselves into corsets to get what used to be called an hourglass figure. It was desirable, in the early part of the 20th century, for women to have small waists. For this reason, girls were often put into corsets at a young age so that their waists would not get large. It was uncomfortable, unhealthy and restricting to say the least. Nowadays, women like lingerie for the way it feels on their skin as well as the way it makes them feel about themselves.

Lingerie is still used to improve what are often seen as flaws in the figure of a woman. Women will wear control type panties if they wish to flatten their stomach and buttocks. Women with small chests will wear push up bras or padded bras to give them more cleavage and allow their clothing to look better on them. In the mirror, a woman will examine herself in lingerie and like what she sees as she will often purchase products that will enhance her figure and hide her flaws.
In addition to being figure flattering, lingerie will make someone feel sexy. It is normal for a woman to wear sexy undergarments or nightgowns when going to bed to try to evoke passion in her mate. A woman uses lingerie to invoke the sense of sight when arranging for a romantic evening with her partner. She will often wear enticing lingerie that she knows will arouse him.

The feeling of such fabrics as silks and satin on bare skin is pleasing to most women and this is yet another reason why women like lingerie. Good lingerie uses quality fabrics, such as silk, that feels good against the skin. There is much lingerie in the silk line that make a woman feel comfortable as well as sexy.

Even women who are single and without a significant other in their lives revel in lingerie. It is not only used to arouse a mate, but also as a confidence builder for any woman. A woman wearing sexy lingerie likes the way she looks in the mirror and knows that she will be desired. Just because a woman is single is no reason to give up wearing sexy lingerie. With the confidence that she gains by feeling good about herself on the inside, she will not be single long unless she chooses to be.

Fine fabrics, ribbons and laces have been coveted over the centuries by women who generally like to have feminine, pretty things. Many women enjoy the sensuality of just being a woman. They enjoy painting their nails, wearing make up, wearing certain scents and lotions and wearing feminine style clothing. In addition, women like lingerie because it makes them feel more like a woman in every way. It is not only, if purchased properly, used to enhance the figure, but also to make a woman feel more like a woman.

Each day, most women work hard the same way as men do. Many women work today in fields that were strictly only for men 30 years ago. It is nice for a woman who works in such a field to remind herself every once in a while that she is a woman. Although she may be wearing a hardhat and jeans, if underneath she is wearing a lacy camisole, she will feel very much like a woman. It is probably for this reason the most why women like lingerie.

POMEGA5 supports Teens for Safe Cosmetics

'We can't let this happen': Moms, kids protest moth spray
Paul Liberatore

Chanting "protect our kids" and "stop the spray," mothers and children marched in Corte Madera on Saturday to protest a state plan for the aerial spraying of pesticide to attack the light brown apple moth - an insect activists contend is harmless.

"There are enough things we try to do already to protect our children, and now the government is going to spray our school yards," said Andrea Sumits, 38, of Fairfax, as she pushed her 16-month-old twins in a double stroller. "It's outrageous."

State agricultural officials argue that the moth poses a serious threat to California's agricultural crops. To date, more than 200 of them have been trapped in Marin. To combat them, the state plans to begin aerial spraying a pheromone-laced pesticide in Marin and other counties in August.

In protest, several hundred demonstrators, many of them women with children in tow, marched from the Town Center shopping mall to the Corte Madera Town Park for an anti-spraying rally involving environmental organizations from seven counties, including Mothers of Marin Against the Spray and Stop the Spray Marin.

The tone was one of anger and disbelief that the state would spray a pesticide that opponents contend is made up of chemicals that are harmful if inhaled, especially to children whose lungs are still developing.

"I live here because of the healthy environment, but my husband and I are considering moving if they do this," said Aylin Yaser, a 38-year-old Fairfax resident who is eight months pregnant. "It's hard to believe they would do this in Marin."

That feeling was echoed by one of the speakers, 18-year-old Branson School senior Jessica Assaf of Teens for Safe Cosmetics.

"We can't let this happen in Marin County, where 'organic' and 'health' are two of our most used words," she told the crowd.

"It's time for America to grow up and realize that certain things are unacceptable," Marin Supervisor Charles McGlashan said angrily from the podium, referring to spraying pesticides on urban populations without adequate testing.

He is leading an effort by the board of supervisors to take Marin's case to Washington, D.C., urging federal officials to downgrade the moth's pest designation.

On Thursday, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi sent a letter to Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger, raising questions about the health effects of the spraying, the economic viability of alternatives and whether spraying would be effective in eradicating the moth.

Last fall, hundreds of illnesses were reported in the state's Central Coast area after federal and state officials sprayed residential neighborhoods in Monterey and Santa Cruz counties to combat the moth. State health experts subsequently reported that there wasn't enough information to determine if the sicknesses were caused by the spraying.

"That little bug hasn't harmed us, but the spraying will," said Naomi Newman of Mill Valley, who marched in the protest wearing a chemical protection suit and a gas mask over her nose.

In response to Saturday's protest, A.G. Kawamura, secretary of the state Department of Food and Agriculture, released the following prepared statement:

"I urge all Bay Area families to remember this eradication is based on the best science; a decade of worldwide aerial pheromone applications shows no indication of human health threats and I assure them that a product for aerial treatment in 2008 will not be chosen until it is proven safe to people, pets and the environment.

"I also encourage everyone rely on scientifically proven research and ignore false information that causes an alarming amount of unwarranted fear."

From the podium, speakers announced other local anti-spraying events being planned, including a benefit concert on June 8 with the Grateful Dead's Bob Weir, actor Peter Coyote and singer Maria Muldaur, who was part of Saturday's march.

A benefit for Stop the Spray Marin, the show will be from 1 to 6 p.m. at Sausalito on the Bay, 2330 Marinship Way.

"I encourage you to keep the pressure on," Joe Nation, a candidate for the state Senate, told the demonstrators. "This is the beginning of the end of pesticide use in California."

Why do women have sex? perhaps to prove that they are worthy of POMEGA5 products...

Why I Have Sex

Texas psychologists map the motives for our intimate connections.

An intriguing news item in this morning’s New York Times reports on a University of Texas at Austin study of why people have sex.
The researchers asked subjects why they had sex (or if they were inexperienced, why they would have sex if they could). They boiled down a longer list of 715 responses into a shorter list of 237 reasons, then analyzed and categorized them.

There are few surprises in the list of top responses. The researchers write: “An astonishing 123 items, or 52% of the items, showed significant gender differences.” Duh!

Women tended toward more relational answers (‘‘I wanted to express my love for the person’’; ‘‘I realized that I was in love.’’). Men were more libidinous, more status oriented, and more utilitarian. Fortunately, relational factors still ranked high for men. Both “I wanted to please the person” and “I wanted to express my love for the person,” were in the top ten reasons for men.

What was missing from the top 50 reasons for both sexes? Jon Tierney, writer of the Times article, noted wryly: “[The researchers] even found a few people who claimed to have been motivated by the desire to have a child.” Shockingly, this item showed up in the bottom 50 for men. Maybe that’s just the sample bias that comes from relying largely on university students as subjects.

Nevertheless, the rarity of procreation as a conscious reason for sex poses a challenge for Christian believers. One of the key reasons that God invented sex is procreation. And while I can relate to many of the other reasons given in the study (“I was horny”; “I desired emotional closeness”), I have clear memories of having intercourse with my wife at various times precisely because we wanted a child (or another child).

My wife and I came of age just about the time the Pill was widely introduced to American society. We still thought in terms of the nexus between sex and children. In our contraceptive society, however, that intuitive connection has been culturally severed. I believe in using birth control to plan our families, but this cultural disconnect is one of the unforeseen side effects of the Pill. It sometimes seems that only among countercultural minority groups (such as conservative Protestants and Catholics, the Mormons, and Orthodox Jews) do the blessings of family and the acts of sex retain their fundamental connection.

So, to my countercultural fellows, I say, go make babies; go make families.

Why suffer this Mother's Day? enjoy beauty products by POMEGA5

Americans in households making less than $30,000 a year spend nearly 20% of their lives in moderate to severe pain, compared with less than 8% of people in households earning above $100,000, according to a landmark study on how Americans experience in pain. The findings, published Thursday in the British journal the Lancet, also found that participants who hadn't finished high school reported feeling twice the amount of pain as college graduates. "To a significant extent, pain does separate the classes," says Princeton economist Alan Krueger, who authored the study along with Dr. Arthur Stone, a psychiatry professor at Stony Brook University.

Krueger notes that the type of pain people reported typically fell on either side of the rich-poor divide. "Those with higher incomes welcome pain almost by choice, usually through exercise," he says. "At lower incomes, pain comes as the result of work." Indeed, Krueger and Stone found that blue-collar workers felt more pain, from physical labor or repetitive motion, while on the job than off, which at least offers hope that the problem can be mitigated. This finding "emphasizes the need for pain preventing measures [in the workplace] such as better ergonomics," wrote Juha H.O. Turunen, a professor of social pharmacy at Finland's University of Kuopio, in an accompanying commentary to the report.

People with chronic pain also worked less, the new study found, costing U.S. businesses as much as $60 billion annually. These conclusions are in line with previous studies on productivity lost to common pain conditions, including a 2003 report finding that nearly 15% of the U.S. workforce's output was diminished by ailments such as headaches and arthritis. What's new in Kruger and Stone's study, however, is the level of detail with which the researchers were able to chronicle the lives of Americans in pain. With the help of the polling firm Gallup, they asked nearly 4,000 survey participants to diarize their daily activities over a 24-hour period. From these personal accounts, the researchers saw the impact pain had on people's emotional states. Though participants said interacting with a spouse or friend lowered their pain, those suffering chronic pain tended to socialize much less. They also spent a lot more time watching televisionabout 25% of their day compared with 16% for the average person.

Pain also appeared to be a major driver of healthcare costs. Krueger and Stone found that Americans spent about $2.6 billion in over-the-counter pain medications and another nearly $14 billion on outpatient analgesics in 2004, the most recent data available. But in these numbers, too, there may be a distinction between the haves and the have-nots. A 2005 study in Michigan showed that minorities and the poor have less access to such drugs than wealthier Americans because local pharmacies don't stock enough pain medications such as oxycodone or morphine. "Those [pharmacies] in white ZIP codes were more than 13 times more likely to have sufficient supplies," says lead researcher Dr. Carmen Green, an anesthesiology professor at the University of Michigan. "I have patients who have to drive 30 miles or more just to get their pain medications."

One characteristic that pain doesn't seem to distinguish is gender: according to Krueger and Stone's study, men and women were nearly equally likely to find themselves in pain. Another is age. People reported more aches and pains as they got older, though surprisingly that pain tended to plateau from ages 45 to 75. "Maybe people reach a point in their career where they move up the ladder into a desk job," Krueger says. "Or maybe they've just learned how to cope with the pain."
