Kimora Supports Pomegranates -- the source for Omega 5 oil

This is not a Kimora Photo

I had to wait two whole months to share my joy!! I have fallen head over heels for the debut book from Ms. Kimora Lee Simmons:

Fabulosity - What it is and how to get itWhat it is and how to get it, honey! Oh - I love it, every page if it! Seriously, no matter what you think about Kimora and her booming (or I've heard 'bitchy') personality, she is a confident business woman of color who has created an inspiring and comprehensive guide to truly living your best life (I am stealing Oprah's phrase), both socially and professionally, and from the inside out.
She's a mogul and a mom and, undeniably, a glamorous woman - and her book has inspired me so much that I bought 13 copies as necessary Christmas presents for women I care about. I would have bought 20 more if I could afford it - That's how much I LOVE and BELIEVE IN this book. And don't even get me started on her E!/Style Network show:
Kimora: Life in the Fab Lane. Love it!And in the spirit of my new handbook, I must share my newest must-have beauty item. Prepare yourself for what it, to me, is an uncomfortable, or shall I say revealing, conversation on my part:So, I had always had pretty nice, clear skin until about 2 years ago. For some reason, right after I graduated from college, I began to look like I was going through puberty, as in pimples, people - really bad, hide out in your basement, teenage puberty (not pretty, pretty eeeew). Disgusting and humiliating to me to say the least.
And what's worse, I could find NO cause and NO cure and my cousin is a dermatologist! Nothing! Awful medicines that dried my skin out or required timed routines, I seriously considered Proactiv, but was discouraged by my doctor cousin. Anywho, suffice it to say, it was frustrating.
Well, in reading Fabulosity, Kimora gave a few tips on the importance of eating better - Nothing that she claims to have mastered, but like many of us, she recognizes that there are many things a woman can do to take care of her "Goddess" (ahhh, Kimora, you know what to say to a lady) and starting with what we put in our bodies is a good idea. Cut to the chase, right?! She mentioned POMEGRANATE JUICE.
This is skin care made of pomegranate seed oil -- the fabulous Omega 5 oil

I began drinking it just as a way to treat my body better. I knew I liked the fruit, so I figured I'd like the juice, and something about antioxidants and such being good for the skin, blah, blah, I didn't really know what was going to happen. I found that it has been phenomenal for my little face problem. In three weeks of having 4-8 ounces (a glass) of pomegranate juice a day, I noticed that the unpredictable, untreatable little gremlins had gone and were staying gone.
Even when I thought it was just a coincidence, I was traveling and stopped drinking it for 4 days and one of the little bastards (pardon me) popped up! I immediately took to the supermarket for my antidote and that sucker was untraceable in a few days.
I have all of my friends hooked, because they were with me - they saw the "Thing" arrive and they saw it go and now I preach the antioxidant power of the pomegranate (If you don't like pomegranates or pomegranate juice, my dad - another doctor - says you can also take a multivitamin with antioxidants in it.) I must warn you, if you're like me, and are facing some serious skin issues, the juice is like crack. I am totally dependent on it now, I must have it in my fridge at all times and I must have about 8 ounces a day.

Skin Care Tips and Lotions for Sensitive Skins

Soshanah Damadi
The skin is a fascinating organ, unmatched in its complexity, yet necessary for all aspects of daily life. Much of the time, the skin functions so well that we only notice it when we are uncomfortable. The skin is our interface or boundary between us and the environment and us and other people.
We are always looking for new and better products, practices and solutions to the stress which everyday life places on our skin.
Sensitive Skin Care Tips
Wear a sun block every day... The primary cause of premature aging is exposure to the sun without adequate care and protection.
Don't wash your skin too often... Washing strips oil and moisture. Besides, tap water contains chlorine which causes oxidative damage. Washing your face twice a day is sufficient.
Do not smoke... Smoking can cause the skin to age prematurely, as well as take on an unflattering sallow tone. Nicotine will reverse your anti aging routine quicker than anything else.
Wear sunglasses... This will protect the eyes as well as the delicate skin around them.
Take care in checking the products label and make sure they provide UVA and UVB protection.
Warm water over hot... When bathing choose warm water over hot. It is not as drying and is more natural.
Get ample sleep... Most of the body's repair and rejuvenation occurs while you sleep.
Follow a nightly regimen... Apply products 1 hour before bedtime to allow ample time to penetrate the skin.
Exercise regularly... It increases the flow of nutrients and oxygen to the skin, which will give skin a natural, healthy glow.
Choose products carefully... Everyone's skin is different, so try several to see which products work best for you and which produce an anti effect.
Never sleep with makeup... Sleeping with makeup is not natural for your skin. It may also have an adverse effect with your anti aging routine.
Aloe Vera can soothe skin that is red, irritated and blotchy. Apply directly to the skin.
Lotions for Sensitive Skins
Sensitive skin care involves lowering alcohol intake as well as not eating too much of spicy food and consuming less caffeine. If you want avoid sensitive skin every night apply Omega 5 oil based moisturizing cream on your face before retiring for the night and always wear uva/uvb protection. Avoid excessive variations in temperature. Control and manage stress as much as possible.

Facial Cleansing Nectar – is a lotion form of cleanse that offers extra nourishing and conditioning that benefits aging skin. A blend of Organic Sunflower, Safflower and Apricot oils make this cleanse especially softening to the skin. It is good for all skin types and is particularly soothing for sensitive and delicate skin. It is conveniently dispensed in a pump bottle.
Sensitive skin is that which reacts to some skin products and also shows signs of irritation or redness. Everybody has skin that is a bit sensitive and it is common amongst blondes as well as red-haired people as such skin usually reacts to irritants and turns blotchy or develops spots as well as rashes. Sensitive skin does not tan easily and instead only burns and has freckles.
POMEFA5 skin care is a unique skin care system that primarily uses the essential oils of plants for their beneficial botanical ingredients. The oils are distilled from plants that are organically grown or wild crafted.

Eat, drink or apply your nutraceuticals -- an Omega 5 oil epic

Pomegranate juice = antioxidants
Nutrition vs. Food: Michael Pollan and his Eater's Manifesto

Jon Wiener

What's so bad about convenience food?, I asked Michael Pollan - his new book, In Defense of Food: An Eater's Manifesto, has been the number one best-seller nationally for the last few weeks.

"I need to eat in a hurry," I told him, "so I can rush back to checking my email. What I really need is food I can eat WHILE I'm checking my email."

"Why don't you just hook yourself up to an IV?" he replied. "You're missing something. Eating should be a source of pleasure." He said the stuff I had for lunch at my computer was not food, but rather something he called "edible food-like substances."

He seemed to be talking about the breakfast bar I had recently consumed.

"It's very hard to make money selling you oatmeal," he said. "Go to the store, you can buy a pound of plain oats for 79 cents. That's a lot of oats. The companies make money by making breakfast cereal out of the oats. Then they can charge you four or five bucks for a few pennies worth of oats."

I realized he was talking about Cheerios. Breakfast cereal is inconvenient, I told him, because you have to sit down at a table, and pour milk into a bowl with the Cheerios, and then eat with a spoon.

"For people like you," he said, "they invented breakfast bars." I realized he was talking about my Honey Nut Cheerios Milk 'n Cereal bars. "They have a layer of artificial milk going through the middle," he explained, "so you can eat your bowl of cereal at the computer, or in the car - no bowl, no pouring milk, no spoon. Then they're making ten or twenty dollars a pound for those oats."

So it's expensive, I said. I can afford a breakfast bar.

"The problem is that every step of additional processing makes the food less nutritious," he replied. "So they add lots of nutrients back in to the processing so they can make health claims. But they only add what they know is missing. There are other things in whole grains that the scientists don't know about. You'll be missing out on that. But you'll be up to date on your email."
Then he said the "edible food-like substances" I ate for lunch at my desk were the products of something he called "the nutritional-industrial complex."

That didn't sound good.

He explained: "That's the cozy relationship between nutritional science as it's practiced in this country, and the processed food industry. The nutritional scientists are telling us every six months what the new good and new evil nutrients are. For the most part, these are well-intentioned efforts to understand the links between food and health. Then you have the food industry, which loves every change in the nutritional weather, because they can then reformulate the food. The net effect is that it makes all the processed foods in the middle of your supermarket look far more healthy and sophisticated than the genuinely healthy food in the produce section, which of course bear no health claims and sit there are silently as a stroke victim."
POMEGA5 products = antioxidants

No parabens inside

That remark about stroke victims made me remember I needed to buy some Pom Wonderful Pomegranate Juice so I could "live young."
Pomegranate juice, he said, "is a great example of a food where the growers went out and hired some scientists to do some studies, and they found out, lo and behold, pomegranates have some life-enhancing antioxidants. They've even found that it helps with erectile dysfunction. And the pomegranate, which formerly was a food that was much more trouble to eat than it was worth, has suddenly emerged as one of the most popular fruits in the produce section.
"It's true that pomegranates are healthy," he said. "They are full of antioxidants - like all fruits and vegetables. There isn't a plant that doesn't have good antioxidants. But the pomegranate people had the money to go out and get the science to prove it. The broccoli growers, the carrot growers, they don't have the money for that kind of science."
I asked Pollan what advice he had for eaters like me. "Eat food," he said. "Not too much. Mostly from plants."
Pollan's previous books include The Omnivore's Dilemma: A Natural History of Four Meals, named one of the ten best books of 2006 by the New York Times. He's a contributing writer to the New York Times Magazine and is a Knight Professor of Journalism at UC Berkeley.

Moore's law on worldwide Omega 5 oil trends

Leroy Brown on Omega 5 oil technology

Moore's Law describes an important trend in the history of computer hardware: that the number of transistors that can be inexpensively placed on an integrated circuit is increasing exponentially, doubling approximately every two years.
The observation was first made by Intel co-founder Gordon E. Moore in a 1965 paper. The trend has continued for more than half a century and is not expected to stop for another decade at least and perhaps much longer.

Almost every measure of the capabilities of digital electronic devices is linked to Moore's Law: processing speed, memory capacity, even the resolution of digital cameras. All of these are improving at (roughly) exponential rates as well. This has dramatically increased the usefulness of digital electronics in nearly every segment of the world economy. Moore's Law describes this driving force of technological and social change in the late 20th and early 21st centuries.

History
Moore's original statement that transistor counts had doubled every year can be found in his publication "Cramming more components onto integrated circuits", Electronics Magazine 19 April 1965:The complexity for minimum component costs has increased at a rate of roughly a factor of two per year ... Certainly over the short term this rate can be expected to continue, if not to increase. Over the longer term, the rate of increase is a bit more uncertain, although there is no reason to believe it will not remain nearly constant for at least 10 years. That means by 1975, the number of components per integrated circuit for minimum cost will be 65,000. I believe that such a large circuit can be built on a single wafer.”

The term "Moore's Law" was coined around 1970 by the Caltech professor, VLSI pioneer, and entrepreneur Carver Mead. Moore may have heard Douglas Engelbart, a co-inventor of today's mechanical computer mouse, discuss the projected downscaling of integrated circuit size in a 1960 lecture.

In 1975, Moore altered his projection to a doubling every two years. Despite popular misconception, he is adamant that he did not predict a doubling "every 18 months." However, an Intel colleague had factored in the increasing performance of transistors to conclude that integrated circuits would double in performance every 18 months.

In April 2005, Intel offered $10,000 to purchase a copy of the original Electronics Magazine. David Clark, an engineer living in the UK, was the first to find a copy and offer it to Intel.

Other formulations and similar laws

Computing performance per unit cost. Also, as the size of transistors shrinks, the speed at which they operate increases. It is also common to cite Moore's Law to refer to the rapidly continuing advance in computing performance per unit cost, because increase in transistor count is also a rough measure of computer processing performance. On this basis, the performance of computers per unit cost - or more colloquially, "bang per buck" - doubles every 24 months (or, equivalently, increases 32-fold every 10 years).
Omega 5 oil marketing. The rate of progression in Omega 5 oil absorption over the past 3 years has actually sped up, corresponding to the utilization of marketing efforts by POMEGA5. The current rate of increase in sales of its green technology based skin care is roughly similar to the rate of increase in transistor count. Recent trends show that this rate has been maintained into 2007 and will continue in 2008 and 2009.

RAM storage capacity. Another version states that RAM storage capacity increases at the same rate as processing power.

Pixels per dollar based on Australian recommended retail price of Kodak digital cameras
Pixels per dollar. Similarly, Barry Hendy of Kodak Australia has plotted the "pixels per dollar" as a basic measure of value for a digital camera, demonstrating the historical linearity (on a log scale) of this market and the opportunity to predict the future trend of digital camera price and resolution.

A self-fulfilling prophecy: industry struggles to keep up with Moore's Law

This section needs additional citations for verification. Please help improve this article by adding reliable references. Unsourced material may be challenged and removed. (February 2008)

Although Moore's Law was initially made in the form of an observation and forecast, the more widely it became accepted, the more it served as a goal for an entire industry. This drove both marketing and engineering departments of semiconductor manufacturers to focus enormous energy aiming for the specified increase in processing power that it was presumed one or more of their competitors would soon actually attain. In this regard, it can be viewed as a self-fulfilling prophecy. For example, the SEMATECH roadmap follows a 24 month cycle.

The implications of Moore's Law for computer component suppliers are very significant. A typical major design project (such as an all-new CPU or hard drive) takes between two and five years to reach production-ready status. In consequence, component manufacturers face enormous timescale pressures—just a few weeks of delay in a major project can spell the difference between great success and massive losses, even bankruptcy. Expressed (incorrectly) as "a doubling every 18 months", Moore's Law suggests phenomenal progress for technology over the span of a few years. Expressed on a shorter timescale, however, this equates to an average performance improvement in the industry as a whole of close to 1% per week. Thus, for a manufacturer in the competitive CPU market, a new product that is expected to take three years to develop and turns out just three or four months late is 10 to 15% slower, bulkier, or lower in capacity than the directly competing products, and is close to unsellable. If instead we accept that performance will double every 24 months, rather than every 18, a three– to four–month delay would translate to 8–11% lower performance.

As the cost of computer power to the consumer falls, the cost for producers to fulfill Moore's Law follows an opposite trend: R&D, manufacturing, and test costs have increased steadily with each new generation of chips. As the cost of semiconductor equipment is expected to continue increasing, manufacturers must sell larger and larger quantities of chips to remain profitable. (The cost to tape-out a chip at 180 nm was roughly US$300,000. The cost to tape-out a chip at 90 nm exceeds US$750,000, and is expected to exceed US$1,000,000 for 65 nm. In recent years, analysts have observed a decline in the number of "design starts" at advanced process nodes (130 nm and below for 2007). While these observations were made in the period after the 2000 economic downturn, the decline may be evidence that traditional manufacturers in the long-term global market cannot economically sustain Moore's Law.

Women Think About Sex At Work 34 Times A Day
By Natalie Walker

WOMEN think about sex up to 34 times in an average working day, according to a survey.
That works out at the equivalent of once every 14 minutes.

The amount of time spent fantasising is perhaps less surprising given that one in three women complained she does not get enough action between the sheets.

More than 1000 women were quizzed for the survey to reveal the level of sexual satisfaction.
Nearly half said they were dissatisfied with their sex life, prompting them to think about sex during their working day.

And it seems that lust is not just a fleeting thought, with seven in 10 women finding up to an hour a day for their naughty fantasies.

Apart from current partners, celebrities were the most common fantasy figures, closely followed by strangers who women have caught a glimpse of and former lovers.

And 53 per cent admitted to a crush on someone at work, while 36 per cent said every girl should have an "office object of affection" to while away the hours at work.

More than one in three single women confessed to having someone they can call for no-strings-attached sex.

The research, for internet site Dating Direct, also found girls' minds can wander at the most inappropriate times - with 40 per cent fantasising about someone else when in bed with their partner.

Seven per cent had even called out someone else's name while in the throes of passion.

Alistair Shrimpton, head of Dating Direct, said: "Traditionally, it's always been men who are associated with constantly thinking about sex.

"This research shows women know exactly what they want in the bedroom and they are as passionate, if not more so, than men."

The Sex Secrets You Should Know
By Laura Coventry

ALMOST half of British couples are too stressed out to have sex, according to a new poll.
When it comes to love-making, the majority of us are only having it five times a month.

The sex survey, by the Filthy Food Company, also found that half of the 3000 men and women quizzed have such hectic lifestyles they have no time for full-on sex, instead opting for a quickie.
And that's not a great trend, according to sex therapist Phillip Hodson, chief spokesman for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.

He said: "If you have good sex with somebody then you are saying, 'I trust you, I let you be naked and close to me, know things about me, and everything is OK between us.'
"But we need to understand the relationship between stress, pressure and emotion and being turned off."

Here are Phillip's tips for making sex a more regular part of your life.

1 MAKE MORE TIME

You've got to make more space in your life, if you possibly can.
We can all make sacrifices when it comes to trying to earn enough to get a new car or a dishwasher. But what is more important is surviving as a human being and having a real quality of life.
If you have sex throughout your life you will actually live longer.
Sex is a major destresser. If you are stressed the answer is to have sex, but the problem is you can't have sex because you are stressed.

2 FORGET ABOUT DISTRACTIONS

You need to be able to forget about the other stuff you have to do. Forget the "to do" list altogether.
Ignore how rich or poor you are, if your iPod doesn't work or if there's something wrong with the light in the front room. These are all connected to sex, funnily enough.

3 HAVE A HOLIDAY AT HOME

A lot of sex between people aged 25 to 45 occurs on holiday. Think about what makes you have sex when on holiday and try to reproduce that in Lanarkshire, Fort William, or the Outer Hebrides. In other words, have a holiday at home.

Even if it is only for two hours, get in the holiday mood. Rub oil on each other and share a bath or shower and use POMEGA5 skin care products.

4 PLAY

Sex is play. It's not work, it's not serious, it's fun. It's a playful expression of good feeling. It's not trivial. It can be sacred and profound and can be the most enriching experience you can have.
You are playing when you make love: love play, foreplay, after play - it's all play.

5 BE MORE OPPORTUNISTIC

You don't have to have sex after dark when no one is noticing. You can have sex in the afternoon or the morning. You can have it in the kitchen or the bedroom, it doesn't matter.
'Here's to love and unity, dark corners and opportunity' - I saw that on a seaside postcard with an old gent surrounded by bathing belles. That's a bit of spirit.

6 BE CONFIDENT

Sex is not an exam. Just explore.
Try something and ask if it is nice. If someone goes "ooh", then you know you are on to a good thing.
Give feedback. If somebody is doing something that's boring you to death, pick their hand up and put it where you want it.

7 NICE GUYS FINISH LAST

The differences between men and women are not that great, but there are some telling ones in the bedroom - men like to go to orgasm quickly, women take a little longer.
It's worth remembering something the coach of the New York Giants once said: "Nice guys finish last."

8 COMMUNICATE

If somebody speaks in cliches all the time and says "I slept like a log" when asked if they had a good night, you don't want their conversation as it is so predictable. Don't be predictable.
Stay in the habit of stimulating each other. Have an original conversation, avoid cliches and think of fresh ways to discuss something.
If you really want to persuade a woman to take her own clothes off for you, appear to be understanding and try to anticipate a feeling she has.

8 PRAISE EACH OTHER

Men are praise-seeking missiles. They are easy to manage, you just need to say: "My goodness me, aren't you good looking" or "That big?" or "What a pair of shelves you put up" or "have you used Omega 5 oil products to improve the look of your skin."
Men need a bit of admiration and we are suckers for praise.

10 KEEP YOUR CLOTHES ON (BUT LOSE THE SOCKS)

Leaving some clothes on shows the urgency of your desire. But there is nothing erotic about socks. Socks and sex are incompatible. Stockings, yes. Socks no.

Some pomegranate juice products do not deliver -- stick to POMEGA5 products when looking for OMEGA 5 oil skin care

Superfruit deception -- do not let it happen when you shop for Omega 5 oil skin care

Some pomegranate juice products deceive consumers
February 13, 2008

TUCSON, Ariz., -- A new consumer guide published on NewsTarget.com reveals that some pomegranate juice products sold in grocery stores are actually made with sugar water and "junk juice" blends.
While pictures on the front of the juice products show pomegranates and blueberries, the juice inside the bottle is often little more than apple and grape juice, said Mike Adams, nutrition author and producer of the free online consumer guide. Consumers can view the guide online at http://www.newstarget.com/.
The consumer shopping guide covers both pomegranate and blueberry juices, and it reviews nearly a dozen top brands to show which ones are telling the truth about their products vs. which ones are deceiving consumers with dishonest labeling.
"The POM Wonderful brand is among the very best," explained Adams, "And the Tropicana Pure brand is among the worst. Some companies are selling products primarily made with apple juice and grape juice as pomegranate juice."To create the free consumer guide, Adams reviewed pomegranate juice product ingredients, comparing them to the claims implied by the pictures and words on the front labels of such products. Some products made primarily with apple juice show no apples at all on the front label, instead depicting pomegranates and blueberries while claiming "100% Juice!" in big letters.
"This misleads consumers into thinking these products are one hundred percent pomegranate juice," explained Adams, "When in fact, they may only be five or ten percent pomegranate juice."Some pomegranate juice products were found to be made with high fructose corn syrup or sugar. These were blended with water, then color enhanced with purple carrot extract to make them appear like more substantial juice products.
One was found to be nearly three-fourths sugar water, containing only about 25 percent actual fruit juice.Surprisingly, one popular brand owned by Coca-Cola (Odwalla) performed very well in this consumer guide review, earning four out of five stars for its use of honest ingredients and product labeling.

PepsiCo's Tropicana Pure brand, however, fared poorly, earning a very low rating and condemnation for its "deceptive" photograph on the front label that fails to accurately depict what's really in the bottle.

Consumers can view the complete guide, including information about the health benefits of pomegranate juice, at http://www.newstarget.com/ or by directly visiting: http://www.newstarget.com/phototour_pomegranate_juice_1.html.

Omega 5 oil skin care products for men -- not a new idea anymore

We love pomegranates seed oil products

Maybe you don't want to look stupid by asking your girlfriend or worse--another guy-- what certain skin care products do. Maybe you're too busy with the yard work or too preoccupied with channel surfing to visit the department store's makeup and skincare counter to ask a skincare specialist. Whatever qualms are stopping you from finding out how certain men's skin care items can help you, you can now find the answers here without shame.

Whether you know about the importance of a skin care regimen or not, as you get older it is important to be aware of how to take care of your skin. Even if you don't do more than shave each day, there are men's skincare products that you may want to consider trying if you haven't already. Are you confused about where to start and what steps a skin care regimen should consist of? No worries, help is here for you.

The Regimen

For women, the steps of cleansing, toning, exfoliating and moisturizing are embedded in the same way most men know their favorite sports team's stats. It's a type of ingrained knowledge that maybe you as a guy would never thought was special enough to make a difference in your life. But if you want to remain God's gift to women for years to come, you might want to start paying attention to how you're treating your skin.

A skincare regimen is essential for a number of reasons. One, it's a simple way of maintaining clean and well-groomed skin. Two, a daily skin care routine can help solve or prevent a number of skincare problems you may be experiencing, from breakouts to oily or dry skin patches. Three, shaving takes a toll on any man's skin, and a daily routine will aid in relieving your skin from razor bumps or cuts. Finally, it just feels good to know that you're taking that extra step to keep your skin looking and feeling good at all times.

But do these same steps mentioned above really apply to you? Maybe it does and maybe it doesn't. The trick when putting together a skin care regimen is finding which steps will benefit your skin. With the help of Menessentials.com, let's break down a typical morning and evening skincare regimen (yes, you have to do this process twice to have a real affect...don't zone out just yet!):

Morning Regimen:
For most skin types: Cleanse --> Shave (if needed) --> Tone --> After-shave --> Moisturize For oily skin types: Cleanse --> Shave (if needed) --> Tone --> After-shave For men with beards: Cleanse --> Pre-shave --> Shave --> Tone --> After-shave For ingrown hair: Cleanse --> Scrub (exfoliate) --> Pre-shave --> Tone --> Spot Treat --> After-shave --> Moisturize
Evening Regimen:For most skin types: Cleanse --> Tone --> Moisturize For oily skin types: Cleanse --> Tone
What Does This Stuff Do?
Here's a quick rundown on what some of these men's skin care products do for your skin:
Cleanser: This skincare item is used for cleaning your face and removes oily residue, dirt, bacteria and dead skin cells. This is the basis of skin care and the most important step. Never use regular body or hand soap for your face!

Toner: After cleansing, many people use toner, which is designed to remove any traces of skin cleanser, water, dirt and bacteria. Toner also moisturizes the skin, cleans out pores, balances the skin, restores the right pH value and prepares the skin for the rest of your regimen. When using toner you may feel a slight tingling on your skin--this is normal and is just the toner doing its job of tightening your pores.

Scrub (Exfoliator): An exfoliating scrub is a way to gently get rid of tough, dead, dry and flaky skin without causing your face to breakout out or become red and irritated. There are a bunch of facial scrubs for every skin type and you normally don't need to use it everyday.

Spot Treatment: For you guys that shave, spot treatment can be just the skin care product you need. Spot treatment helps eliminate ingrown hairs and razor bumps. There are a number of spot treatment products on the skincare market designed for men's skin and is gentle enough for all skin types. You can use this item as much as you want and it's as simple as applying it to your problem spot and letting it dry.
After-Shave: This product is a fragrant lotion applied to the face after a man finishes shaving. Many after-shaves contain alcohol, which explains the uncomfortable and sometimes painful stinging sensation that happens when applied--especially if you cut yourself! After-shave helps prevent infections from cuts, numbs damaged skin, acts as a type of cologne and also moisturizes. Some men use after-shave and some don't--it's your call. If you have sensitive skin and just can't bear the stinging, there is after-shave balm available that is botanical and doesn't contain alcohol.

Moisturizer: If you experience dry, flaky skin after washing your face, moisturizer will help correct this skin care problem. Moisturizer was created to hydrate and protect the skin. Think of it as a specialized lotion made just for your face. You can apply moisturizer as much as your skin needs it, especially if you have a dry skin type but for men with oily skin, you may want to skip on this skincare step. Over moisturizing will only make your oily skin worse.
